Simple Wills is a self-serve document preparation tool operated by Spraggs Group. It does not provide legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Lawyer consultations are available separately after purchase.

Your responsibilities

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, that you are of the age of majority in your province (19 in BC, 18 in Ontario), and that you understand the generated will must be printed, signed, and properly witnessed to take effect.

Payments

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Because the product is a digital document delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available. If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact us and we will resolve it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spraggs Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Simple Wills. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.

Privacy

Your use of Simple Wills is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
